Our school is located in the centre of the Royal Borough of Greenwich, only a short distance from the Cutty Sark and the National Maritime Museum.
As part of the Greenwich Community School's Partnership, James Wolfe Primary School and Plumstead Manor Secondary School facilitate the delivery of the National Professional Qualification for Middle Leaders (NPQML) and the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leaders (NPQSL). Both programmes are run in conjunction with the IOE & Leadership Colab - accredited by the DfE as a national provider of the new gold-standard NPQs.
Aimed at existing or aspirant leaders, these courses follow a blended learning format consisting of workplace learning, practice activities, wider reading, online learning and face-to-face sessions. Led by experienced leaders from Greenwich schools, participants completing these courses as part of a local cluster are able to contextualise wider learning directly into school-based actions that impact directly on children and young people's learning.
